Term Two Inquiry "Children helping Children"
This gift will provide a mosquito net treated with insecticide, so children can sleep safely at night. When we buy mosquito nets, the actual gift from New Zealand Save the Children Fund, will be given to children in China, Myanmar, Sri Lanka or in emergencies. To raise money to purchase malaria nets the children decided to have a market day at school selling items and crafts made mostly from recycled materials. The recycled items used included - Clean cardboard milk containers

- Smooth small round or oval rocks

- Empty cardboard packets/ boxes
- Flower and herb seeds
- Cardboard egg cartons
